Mr. Bimantara is the Managing Partners of BRAUNS., Mr. Bimantara obtained his Bachelor of Law (SH) from the Islamic University of Indonesia specializing in Civil Law and obtained his Master of Law (MH) from Gadjah Mada University specializing in Business Law, especially in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and Bankruptcy, besides Mr. Bimantara various advanced legal education. Mr. Bimantara was active in various campus, social and community organizations.
Legal expertise mastered include Bankruptcy, Banking and Finance, guarantees, Employment and Industrial Relations. Mr. Bimantara has been involved in several cases involving corporations in Indonesia. Mr. Bimantara has represented private companies, banking, insurance and private companies in Indonesia.

Mrs. Tami is the Partners of BRAUNS., Mrs. Tami has obtained bachelor degree in law (S.H.) from Padjajaran University and also holds of Notary (M.Kn.) from the University of Indonesia. During college, Mrs. Tami active in various organizations both national and international, such as a member in ASEAN Law Student Association and Moot Court Competition, as awll actively participating in national and international seminars.
Mrs. Tami has the capability to resolve legal problems, including contract drafting and review, drafting credit agreements, legal opinion, legal due diligence, legal advice, and the ability to review and make the deed Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA), power of attorney to make Hypothec Rights, and Deed of Granting Mortgage, Understand the area of agrarian and property, banking, finance.

Mr. Arief is the Partners of BRAUNS., graduate his Bachelor of Degree (S.H.) from Faculty of Law at Diponegoro University specializes in Civil Law and Master of Law (M.H.) from Gadjah Mada University specializes in Business Law. Mr. Arief active in various organization campus, follow seminars both national and international and often National Moot Court Competition. Before join with BRAUNS, Mr. Arief worked as a lawyer at Kudri & Djamaris Attorneys Counsellor at Law.
Mr. Arief is a dispute resolution specialist. He focuses his practice primarily on civil litigation, administrative procedures, commercial arbitration, bankruptcy, and insolvency as well as industrial relation disputes. He gained extensive experience in handling complex and high-profile commercial litigation cases. Mr. Arief has advised various companies from broad range of business sectors as the creditor and debtor in connection with the suspension of debt payment obligation.
He also represented and advised various Indonesian major local banks in debt settlement process, and in filing civil lawsuit against their debtors to fulfill their obligations to the creditors.
Experienced to represent Conocophillips Pte, Ltd, Medco E & P Natuna, Salim Group, PT Bank Bukopin, Wilmart and Bluebird Group.

Mr. Ari was born and raised in Jakarta and obtained his law degree in 2013. Mr. Ari joined the Law Firm from the beginning.
